Your evening begins with introductions to guests over a glass of Maison Champagne Poirot, before an international immersion in Pinot Noir from France’s Mellot Destinea and Louis Jadot, to Chile’s Errauriz, New Zealand’s Esk Valley and Australia’s Cherubino vineyards. Fundamentally, this evening is about connection – like grape varietals – across origins, backgrounds and experiences. Five remarkable expressions of this much-loved grape, accompanied by generous services of fine cheeses and seasonal meats, each wine carefully selected in collaboration with our partner winemakers — not only to showcase the diversity and character of Pinot Noir across the world but to introduce you to bottles you’ll want to return to again and again.
